{April 17, 2013}   Fitness Tuesday @ UFC gym!!!

The Start of my Workout Routine:

1.  For Cardio 15 mins of the Elliptical.

2. Shoulder press and 3 sets of 15 squats.

3. Leg Press 3 sets of 15 131 lbs.

4. Leg extensions 3 sets of 15 in different weight last one was 25 reps in the lowest weight also did them along with squats with 8 lbs dumbbells.

5. Thigh machine or ab abductor on 120lbs 3 sets of 20 along with 3 sets of 40 reps of mountain climbers.

6. Back rows with weights 3 sets of 15 with bar dips 3 sets of 15 reps.

7.  Push-ups with dumbbells as stabilizers  3 sets of 10 reps.

8. Bicep curls in squat position 3 sets of 40 reps.

9. Tried pull-ups for the first time 3 sets of 10 reps.

10. Lastly Boxing for some more cardio 15 mins.


Very recommendable to drink lots of water too which is what enhances body fat percentage loss.
