{October 15, 2015}   Fitness Wednesday!!!
  • Started my day with some Cardio X from the P90X pack and also added to my workout resistance band workout too. Feeling the burn it was amazing 🙂
  • Cardio X consists of plyometrics, core workout, yoga, etc.
  • Resistance band was an awesome addition to Cardio for sure with full toning found in you tube for 30 minutes.
  • All in all complete workout was for an 1 hr.
  • Try it I dare you and share your feedback 🙂
